M&M Meats on the East Side has designated EVERY Tuesday as East Coast Spirit Day!! Simply drop into the East Side M&M Location, and when you make your purchase, mention ECS, Cheerleading, Cheer or East Coast, and M&M will donate a portion of your total to the gym! Please spread the word to everyne you know, and do your M&M Meat shopping on Tuesdays!!
We have calendars and menu books at the gym, if you are interested in seeing what M&M has to offer!

We are just starting our 6th season, and we are very excited about continuing the traditions of “ECS” with you!
This past season has proven to be the most exciting and successful yet for our entire program as a whole!!  
We look forward to the upcoming season with new & old athletes and families, and are committed to providing the best of the best for every single one of our talented members!!
Our first priority is always the cheerleaders, and we never lose sight of that!
